CAF 1 is an one component room temperature curing silicone elastomer:

- Acetic.

- Variable rheology, from self-leveling to fluid, from CAF 1 to CAF 1 Extra Fluid.

- Red.

- Brookfield viscosity : 250 000 mPa.s

- Hardness : 47 Shore A

- Modulus at 100 % elongation : 2 MPa

- Tensile strength : 4,4 MPa

- Elongation at break : 200 %

- Tear strength : 6 kN/m

- Temperature range ( in continuous ) : -65 °C / +225 °C

CAF 1 is mainly used in sealing and bonding applications in which low viscosity is required.

CAF 1 is notably used for:

- Engine sealing in automotive after sales service

- General maintenance in the aeronautics industry
