ORAPI FLUORE 60 - FLUID SYNTHETIC LUBRICANT


ORAPI Fluore 60 is an advanced technology fluid that resists aggressive chemical products and difficult environmental conditions, such as high temperatures.

- Possesses extraordinary stability when in contact with common chemical products and hydrocarbons.
- Excellent resistance to strong oxidising agents, including oxygen, peroxides, acids, bases, and helium.
- Incomparable resistance to high temperatures, allowing it to be used in numerous areas.
- Excellent resistance to water, vapour and salt spray.
- Formulation complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 (lubricant)
- Contains no silicone.
- Compatible with most polymers, such as butyl, chloroprene, and natural elastomers.

Applications :
- Lubricating mould ejectors and lifters in plastics processing.
- Lubricating conveyors subjected to high temperatures, such as epoxy paint conveyors.
- Lubricating ventilation bearings (ovens, incubators).
- Used in solvents and chemical products industries, plastics processing, ceramics, and refractory materials industries.
 -Lubricating all mechanisms subjected to very high temperatures and oxidising chemical products (e.g., chlorates).
- Used as a mould release agent.
- Lubricating runners subjected to aggressive and corrosive environments in chemical industries.
- Lubricating runners subjected to frequent washing in food industry.
- Lubricating conveyors in food industries.
- Lubricating O-rings when a silicone-free product is required.
- Used in petrochemicals and chemical products storage industries, valve lubrication.
