ORAPI ORACOUP 32 - DRUM 20 L
ORACOUP 32 is a chlorine-free emulsion for drilling, tapping, turning, and deformation. This oil is a water-soluble, biologically stable, mineral (emulsion type), specifically formulated for machining and deformation operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals that require a very high lubrication power.
- Free from acid boric
- Biologically stable: prolongs the life of containers even during extended down time periods (considerable stability against micro-organisms).
- Can be used in various medium-sized operations: cutting, milling, boring, drilling, sawing, tapping, etc.
- Also used for precision grinding of aluminium.
- Very high lubrication power thanks to its high mineral oil content.
- Can be used on a broad variety of metals: ferrous and non-ferrous (aluminium, copper, cast iron, titanium, stainless steel and other alloys).
- Protects against bacteria and fungus, prolongs the life of the emulsion, excellent protection against corrosion.
- Does not foam, even when used at high pressure and in the presence of soft water.
- Does not stain.
- Specially formulated for machining centres that demand a high degree of unctuosity.
- Chlorine-, sulphur-, nitrite-, and phosphate-free, it is adapted to work in the aeronautics and nuclear industries.
- Very economical thanks to its long working life and effectiveness even in high dilution ratios.
