TEROSON RB IX - CAN 1 KG
Teroson RB IX is a solvent free, permanently plastic, self-adhesive sealant (kneading material) based on synthetic rubber.
Characteristics
- Good corrosion protection
- Can be painted with conventional paints based on oil and synthetic resins
- Very good water and aging resistance
- Tackiness the sealant adheres to most surfaces while they are clean and dry and shows excellent compatibility with a variety of substrates
Application
- Used in the manufacture of automobiles, railroad coaches and caravans
- Sheet metal processing and refrigerating equipment industry
- Construction purposes, such as sealing of openings with cable breakthroughs and sanitary installations

- Density : approx. 1,8 g/cm³
- Constitency : soft, plastic, tacky, kneadable
- Penetration (cone 150 g, 6 s, 20°C) : approx. 75 1/10 mm
- Working temperature : -30°C to +80°C
Short exposure (up to 1h) : +160°C
