TEROSON VR 5000 - AEROSOL 400 ML
Teroson VR 5000 is a solvent containing adhesive based on SBR.
Characteristics
- Very high degree of initial strength
- Applied from an aerosol can
- Used as a contact or as a pressure sensitive adhesive
- The spray does not contain fluorochlorinated hydrocarbons or chlorinated hydrocarbons
Application
Bonding of materials such as :
- textile
- polyether and polyester foams
- cellular rubber foam profiles
- insulating materials
- leather and imitation leather
- felt
- cardboard to cardboard or to rubber
- metal (untreated, phosphate treated, baked, primed and painted, anodized)
Wood materials or polyester materials can all be bonded with TEROSON VR 5000.
Teroson VR 5000 can be used successfully in vehicle workshops for the adhesion of a large variety of materials used in vehicles. In addition the adhesive can be used in the area of interior and covering work.

- Odour : characteristic odour
- Consistency : sprayable
- Density : approx. 0,72 g/cm²
- Consumption : approx. 150 to 250 g/m² (when applying to both surfaces, depending on the condition of the surface and the method of application)
- Resistance (Temperature 20 °C) : resistant against water, partly resistant against benzine; not resistant against esters, ketones, aromatics, chlorinated hydro carbons
- In service temperature : -30°C à + 80°C
short exposure (up to 1h) : +100°C
